Fitters Page
As a fitter for TACF you have been chosen because you have a proven track record of installing our product type to a high standard as well as having the ability to represent TACF on site in the manner we come to expect. Because of this you are responsible for ensuring that the fit quality you achieve is always consistent and represents the value that TACF offers to our customers.
What we Expect from you?
All of our fitters conduct themselves as professionals and understand that they represent TACF and the good will that we generate at all times whilst on site. In a plot, you will be responsible for the safe handling of the product as well as the safety of yourself and those in and around your tools. Dust extraction is a must, HSE instruction (this will be used whilst carrying out any particle cuts). A strong work ethic and construction skills also ensure that our projects are carried out to our customer’s instructions and timescales and that further work is forthcoming.
What you can expect from TACF?
We treat all of our fitters with the same courtesy that we expect in return. We will provide you with any information that you need to carry out the tasks asked of you in a timely manner and to ensure your continued progression.
If for any reason you feel aggrieved, we have a simple grievance procedure and we will listen and react in a professional manner – we ask the same in return.
Our payments are weekly and we offer fair pay for quality work.
